The Denissiouk Family | Kauai Family Session

Those who have been following me on Instagram know that I just returned from two weeks in Hawaii. It was a fabulous trip, and I can’t wait to share some of my personal photos! But first, I have two sessions to share!

I met Tatiana the morning before my last day in Kauai. She realized that despite good intentions, you can travel to a beautiful place and never get a decent photo of your whole family (SO true, which is why we actually hired someone too while we were there!). I had one morning I could meet them, and luckily that worked for the Denissiouk family!

As I was walking to meet them bright and early, I was greeted with the most amazing pink stormy sky– which (unfortunately) mostly disappeared within minutes. We spent most of our session hiding from the rain under the cabanas at the stunning Grand Hyatt Kauai, but had so much fun just talking and watching the rain as we waited for it to pass. Even in the rain, Kauai is beautiful! It was a dream to have a session there, and I loved sharing it with this sweet family!

By the way, who wants to “work” on their vacation?? I guess that’s how you know I have the best job!
