When people ask me where I’m from, I say Hutto, TX. Small town north of Austin, home of the Hutto Hippos. However, I actually had a Georgetown address, and spent a lot of time there. It took me moving away to realize the charm of Georgetown, TX. Seriously such a cute town that is growing like crazy and still retains it’s small town charm. I love any excuse to go “back home”, so when Stephanie and David reached out about capturing their wedding at Pearl Snap Hall, I was so excited!
Pearl Snap Hall is a hidden gem with so much character nestled right off of the square. What was even better than the venue though, was how much love and emotion was present throughout their day. David likes to insist that he doesn’t smile, but I loved witnessing his eyes light up at his bride coming down the aisle. The speeches brought people to laughter and tears, in all the best ways, and I’m not sure there was a dry eye in the room during Stephanie’s dance with her father (I’m not crying, you’re crying). Another favorite personal touch that I loved was that they had a mariachi come play! They were so great and set the tone for a great party.
Stephanie and David, from our first stroll around Georgetown square taking engagement photos, to capturing your love as you tie the knot, it has been such a pleasure! I pray that your marriage is just as beautiful as your big day! Congrats Mr. and Mrs. King!
