From the moment I stepped into the timeless beauty of All Saints Catholic Church to the confetti-filled dance at the McKinney Cotton Mill, every part of Michelle and Bobby’s day was layered with love, laughter, and just the right amount of the unexpected.
The ceremony was classic and beautiful. I’ve been to several Catholic ceremonies, but what stuck out to me this time was the reverence for marriage, and such sweet blessings that were given to the couple. Bobby and Michelle’s faces as Michelle walked down the aisle were full of joy.
Once we got to the McKinney Cotton Mill, guests were welcomed to a hall decorated with pictures of them, from both their engagement session and their travels together, complete with things to do in each place they’ve adventured.
And then—the first dance. Michelle and Bobby took the floor and began with what seemed like a traditional slow dance. But tied to the end of their dance, the music switched to “Lil Boo Thang”—and the crowd (myself included) loved it. Their surprise choreographed dance was FUN, adorable (complete with the fishing/reeling in dance move), and totally unforgettable.
As the night went on, the dance floor never emptied. The DJ kept the energy high, and just when you thought the party had peaked—BOOM—confetti cannons lit up the room. So. Much. Confetti. It was the perfect cherry on top of a beautiful and fun-filled celebration.
Congratulations again, Michelle and Bobby! Your day was fun, full of personality, and a true reflection of who you are as a couple. I hope these photos hang on your walls for the rest of your lives and remind you of the joy you feel to be each others’ forever.
