Mia Sloane | DFW Newborn Session at Pink Pineapple Studios

Picking favorites for this session was near impossible. I’ll talk more about the session, but first– a story about how sometimes I *think* I’m psychic (I know you’ve heard this a million times Andrew and Maria… this is the last time! Promise!)

About nine months ago, I was pregnant and about to find out the gender of my baby, and I had a dream that I later told Maria about: “I had a dream that I’m having a girl, and you were pregnant, too, but you were having a boy and I was sad because I love our girl gang!” Well, a week or two later, I found out I was having a girl, and she found out she was pregnant! So naturally, I was certain they were having a boy, seeing as two out of three of my… um… visions? had come true. Since they were waiting to find out the gender of their baby, I would have to wait with everyone else.

All that to say… I am only two-thirds psychic (or as my husband likes to say, not psychic at all 😂). I can’t tell you how excited and shocked I was when they had a GIRL!

We had so much fun at their session. Mia slept her way through it, while her big sisters burned alllll the energy. Never a dull moment with toddlers! I’m obsessed with this dreamy pink couch, and the natural light that flooded Pink Pineapple Studios, but what I’m most obsessed with is your family of FIVE, Andrew and Maria! I’m so glad I get to do life with y’all, and document parts of it along the way 🙂
