Fort Worth Extended Family Session

I loved getting to shoot this extended family session. There was a chance of rain for their session, so I had been checking the weather and looking outside to see a beautiful sunny day… until I opened my garage door to leave and saw big, black clouds that seemed to have appeared out of nowhere! 20 minutes into their session, a crazy storm rolled in! Normally, if bad weather is unavoidable, we can still go on, but it got DARK and crazy windy from one minute to the next, so we decided to continue their session another day. (Good thing, because just as we were getting into our cars, it started pouring!) All that said, I love this session. Not only because I got to hang out with Cindy and Philip and their family, but also because it shows how much lighting conditions affect your photos! Cloudy or sunny: there’s nothing wrong with either, but they are definitely different.
