Wimberley Wedding at The Ivory Oak | Alyssa & Clay

Alyssa and Clay had the perfect Texas Hill Country wedding in Wimberley. The Ivory Oak was the perfect spot for them to start off their marriage, surrounded by loved ones from far and near. When I first spoke with Alyssa and Clay about their wedding, I was sold at “hill country”–if you are ever given an excuse to escape to Wimberley, DO IT. They both love the Texas Hill Country, so it was the perfect place to gather their friends and family and tie the knot.

Their teal and soft pink color palette was just one thing to love about their big day, but what was better was the love that overflowed. They shared their handwritten vows under a huge oak tree. Hearing their own thoughts, words, and promises to each other was so sweet, and made it abundantly clear to everyone in attendance how much they adore each other. They danced the night away with friends and family of all ages, and ended their evening with a private dance.

Alyssa and Clay, I am so honored that you trusted me to capture your perfect day. From freezing together at your engagement session to traveling to Wimberley for your wedding, I have had so much fun getting to know you two. I wish y’all so much joy as you grow in your love through the years. Congrats, Mr. and Mrs. Palmer!
